Patricia Ann Frank

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Patricia Ann Frank, cherished wife, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Patricia, 78, of Caneyville, left this world peacefully on Thursday, June 12, 2025. Born on April 10, 1947, in Tuscaloosa, IL, she was the cherished daughter of the late Willie Sarver and the late Mary Jo Quiggins Sarver. Patricia was a devoted wife to her loving husband, Jimmy Frank, with whom she shared countless joyful moments. Together, they found happiness in simple pleasures, from the thrill of a day at Bally's Casino to the camaraderie of playing marbles and Bingo. Patricia's spirit was a blend of warmth and tenacity, and her vibrant personality touched the lives of all who knew her.

She leaves behind a legacy of love through her children: William Clemons (Kathy), Timothy Clemons (Shannon), Chad Clemons (Shellie), Michelle Frank, Julie Hazelwood (Cliff), Shannon Frank (Katrina), and Pamela House (Dennis). A proud grandmother and great-grandmother, Patricia relished in the joys of her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her devoted siblings, Rosemary Fentress (Melvin) and Betty Clemons, along with numerous nieces and nephews who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.

Patricia was preceded in death by her beloved son, Thomas "Turtle" Clemons, who bravely served in Iraq, a sacrifice made in defense of our freedom.

The family will receive friends and loved ones at the Caneyville Funeral Home on Monday, June 16, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and again on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, with Bro. Randy Beasley officiating. Following the service, Patricia will be laid to rest at the Frank Embry Cemetery, a final resting place where her spirit will join the memories of her family.
